These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RoadTax 24x7 mobile application (“RoadTax 24x7”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The Service

RoadTax 24x7 helps you submit road-tax related applications — Border Tax, Road Tax, All India Permit, and All India Tax. We act as a facilitator between you and the relevant tax authority. We are not a government body and do not issue taxes or permits ourselves.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. You sign in using Google, and you are responsible for keeping your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle, contact, and document details. Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may delay, invalidate, or cause rejection of your application, and we are not responsible for such outcomes.

4. Fees & Payment

The amount shown at checkout includes the applicable government tax and our service fee (inclusive of GST). The government tax portion is a pass-through amount payable to the authority. Payments are processed through our payment gateway or by manual UPI where offered. Prices and fees may change without prior notice.

5. Order Processing

Orders move through the stages Pending → Approved → Done. Processing time depends on the relevant authority and is not guaranteed by RoadTax 24x7. Once your order is completed, your certificate is made available in the app.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, submit fraudulent information, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Abuse of referral or reward features may result in suspension of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, its content, branding, and design belong to RoadTax 24x7 and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadTax 24x7 is not liable for delays, rejections, or losses caused by incorrect information provided by you, or by the actions, timelines, or decisions of government authorities or third-party services. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
